Passion fruit (or maracuyá ) juice with lime cubes

Squeeze three limes and mix the juice with some grated lime rind and 200 ml sparkling water. Pour it in the ice cube and freeze it. Make passion fruit juice with 200 g pulp. 300 ml soda water and 40 g sugar. Mix well and serve with lime cubes to taste.
