6 yolks
150 g of sugar
6 egg whites
150 g of sieved flour

Así puedes prepararlo

Whip the yolk with 120 g of sugar.
Add the sieved flour and finish with the rest of the egg whites. Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
