Ingredients (4 skewers)

· 20 sea bass cubes (approx. 250 g)

· 100 g apple (1/2 medium apple)

· 80 g red onion (1/2 medium onion)

  •  1. In a bowl mix the lemon with the coriander or parsley, apple cut into cubes, onion cut into squares and ½ teaspoon salt 

    2.       Add the sea bass in cubes, stir, and marinate for about 5 minutes 

    3.       Thread 5 cubes of sea bass alternating with 5 apple cubes and red onion on a skewer

    4.       Repeat with 4 or 8 skewers

    5.       Place in mold and cover

    6.       Cook for 1'3-2 minutes (4 skewers)  3 or 4 minutes (8 skewers)  in the microwave on high (800W).

    7.       Let it stand for 1 minute in the closed container.
