4 u. Potatoes
Onion
3 u. Eggs
Olive oil

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Clean the potatoes and cut them giving them the shape you want for your glasses.
    2. With the help of the Veggie Cup, empty the potatoes and reserve the filling.

    3. Paint the potato cups with olive oil and salt and cook them for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180ºC.

    4. Chop the onion and leftover potato cups.

    5. Fry the onion and the potato.

    6. Beat the eggs and mix them with the onion and the potato.

    7. Remove the cups from the oven and fill with the tortilla mixture.

    8. Return the cups for another 10 minutes in the oven at 180 °C and ready.
