- First, bring a saucepan of water to 90ºC - 95ºC (the key is not to let it break into a boil).
- Place the Egg Poacher over a glass and break an egg into it. Any excess condensation will drain off through the strainer. Don't worry the egg white will remain!
- Close the Egg Poacher and place it in the saucepan for 3 minutes.
- Then, remove the Egg Poacher from the water and unmould!
The strainer design will allow it to float and make sure your egg is cooked to perfection.
Its safe and easy usability means you can hold the Egg Poacher without worrying you'll get burnt.
