Falafel

Delicious chickpea meatballs in 25 minutes. The best known vegetarian meatballs!

Ingredients


7 oz of chickpeas (200 g)
2 oz of onion (60g)
1 of garlic
0,7 oz of green pepper (20 g)
0,5 oz of cream (15 g)
1,8 oz of bread (50 g)
Salt ()
Pepper ()
2 tablespoon of cumin
For the sauce:
4,4 oz of natural yogurt (125 g)
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Coriander leaves
Salt

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Soak the chickpeas in warm water the night before. Drain the chickpeas.
    2. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix.

    3. Add the mix to the Veggie Balls to create the balls.

    4. Place the veggie balls on a baking tray with the Silicone baking mat and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC. Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden.

    5. For the sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until you get a smooth sauce.

    6. Serve the veggie balls with the sauce. All set! Enjoy your delicious vegetarian falafel balls.
