Carrot and beetroot sausages
Vegetarian beet sausages ready in 20 minutes!
Así puedes prepararlo
- Peel and cut the carrot, beetroot, garlic and onion into small pieces. Place in the Steam Case with the water. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolk. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside the yolk.
- Blend the cooked ingredients with the yolks. Add the flour and stir to get an even mix.
- Fold in the stiff egg whites to the previous mix, mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the contents into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).

Notes:
Sriracha is a spicy Asian sauce. It is optional and can be replaced with your preferred spicy sauce.
The oat flour can be replaced by any preferred flour.
