Carrot and beetroot sausages

Vegetarian beet sausages ready in 20 minutes!

What you need

Carrot
100 g
Beetroot
50 g
Onion
50 g
Water
30 ml
Garlic
1 clove
Eggs
2
Oat flour
100 g
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
1 tsp
Sriracha
(optional)

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Peel and cut the carrot, beetroot, garlic and onion into small pieces. Place in the Steam Case with the water. Cook for 4 minutes.  
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolk. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside the yolk.  
  3. Blend the cooked ingredients with the yolks. Add the flour and stir to get an even mix.  
  4. Fold in the stiff egg whites to the previous mix, mix until all ingredients are well combined. 
  5. Pour the contents into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes. 
  6. For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).

Notes:
Sriracha is a spicy Asian sauce. It is optional and can be replaced with your preferred spicy sauce. 

The oat flour can be replaced by any preferred flour.
