2 uts. of avocado
120 gr (4 oz) of cherry tomato
80 gr (2,8 oz. ) of cooked sweet wheat
40 gr (1,4 oz) of spring onion
Lime juice
Chive
1 tbsp of soy

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the Microwave Grill XL for 3 minutes in the Microwave full power (900W).

    2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin.

    3. Place the avocados in the Microwave Grill XL and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes at a maximum power of 900W.

    4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, finely chop the onion and chives. Mix the cherry tomatoes, onion and chives with the cooked tender wheat. Add a little lime juice and a tablespoon of soy.

    5. Place the mixture on top of the avocados already marked on the Microwave Grill XL above. Enjoy!
