2/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 Nilla waffers
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
Así puedes prepararlo
1. In a bowl, beat the cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla until you have a smooth mixture.
2. Melt the butter, crush the waffers and mix in a bowl, then add the sugar to the mixture.
3. Fill the moulds to ¾ and freeze. Remove from the freezer and fill the remaining part with the biscuits. Re-freeze.
