Pasta with kale pesto

What you need

Ingredients

 

150 g of fresh pasta type rigatoni
100 g of kale
20 g of pine nuts (or 2 tbsp.)
½ small garlic clove
10 g of fresh basil (or the leaves of 2-3 springs)
6 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. of parmesan cheese

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. For the pesto, first, wash the vegetables.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the pasta)and mix well until you get an even consistency. If it is very thick, you can add a little more olive oil.
  3. For the pasta, you can prepare your pasta using the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker, and you will have it ready to eat in just a few minutes!
